I think it's on you that you want to keep it and try to make it work. They offered to make it right, so don't complain about something when you could easily just be taken care of. They admitted fault in the situation, so take it and go. Like I've mentioned before, there's not a company in this world that doesn't mess up every now and then, but the mark of a good company is one that offers to make it right when there is a mistake.
